Shield of a Great Witness Volume II (Paperback Book)
Atticus Achilleus's story is not finished. The tale of the beginning of his ministry to bring light to the lost, peace to sworn enemies, and forgiveness to bitter hearts comes to a close. However, his calling to be a great witness for God, his shield and strength, is far from over.
In this second half of Atticus's journey, the path continues on shores that seem greener on the other side...until they seem to dull and grow steadily more dangerous than the shores left behind. Mysteries are unveiled. Souls are changed and hearts are torn. Pasts are faced, hope is restored, and those who have stayed silent are being forced to shine light on the truth they wish to hide. And Atticus cannot deny that he feels called to return home and not abandon his people, but defend and preserve what little peace may still be left. War is brewing, and now is the time to stand up for justice...not cower in fear of hatred and betrayal. The battle for peace is coming...and so is the battle for the souls of Hibernia and Cambria. Walk with Atticus as he completes his tale of bringing unity and salvation to his people in their darkened days...and urges those around him to be a great witness and answer their own callings from their Savior and Shield. Will you too join the great assembly of witnesses for Christ?
